About

I was born and raised in a small town called Whiteville, NC. I knew from an early age that I wanted to work with technology but it took me a while to discover my passion for data. I discovered my passion for data during my senior year of undergrad at UNC-Greensboro. I was enrolled in a course that touched on data visualization and predictive analytics. After completing my BS in Information Systems and Supply Chain Management in May 2018, I secured my first role as a Data Analyst. I was able to clean and manipulate massive amounts of data to tell stories. While working as a Data Analyst, I decided to return to UNC-Greensboro and pursue my MS in Information Technology and Management with Business Analytics and Cyber Security concentrations. In March 2021, I switched industries and began working as a Marketing Analyst. In August 2021, I started the Doctor of Technology program at Purdue University. I am a member of Beta Gamma Sigma international honor Society and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.

In the small amount of free time that I have, I enjoy collecting sneakers, playing video games, playing board games, and spending time with my dog Diamond.
